Last night in Paris..
The internet here is garbage so I just haven’t bothered to update. I’m heading down to Avignon in South France in a few hours. The random guy sleeping above my bunk in the hostel is snoring as if he’s dying, so I’m in the lobby of the hostel drinking espresso at 4am. Paris has been amazing and I’m considering studying abroad here. I totally fell in love with the...

The internet service here in the lobby of the hostel is so shitty. Last night we grabbed subway (yeah i know subway in paris…) but it was so inexpensive for dinner. I’m going to be using this post to upload random pictures.
Paris Adventure Day 1....cont.
The flight from LaGuardia to D.C. went by super quickly. It was a 50 minute flight that I slept 40 minutes of. We got off the plane in D.C. with only 30 minutes to spare. We came across a 5 guys burgers right outside of the gate and I made an executive decision that we stop and eat. 3 cheeseburgers, fries, and some beers later we were running to catch our flight to Paris. The flight to Paris...
Paris Adventure Day 1....
Currently updating from the oldest park in Paris. It’s 9:30 AM here. Entirely too exhausted to write up a full post, but I’m going to throw a few pictures up to hold you off. I’ll hopefully be able to update fully tonight. We cannot check into the hostel untill 4pm, so we’re just chillin in the park for now. Going to grab some caffeiene and food so we do not pass out....

under the ground
“The subway tunnel beneath Manhattan: the mammoth, graf-covered ten-level emergency exit. And at the far end, a cavernous, stair-crossed, pitch-black chamber of bare concrete, perhaps 150 feet tall, 200 feet long and 60 feet wide, waits to grow up and someday become an entrance to the Second Avenue subway.”
Cité Soleil
It’s 2009; you would think with all the wealth in the major cities of the world we wouldn’t have entire countries living in famine, and poverty like some do. Cité Soleil (pronounced “City Sole-lay”) is a over crowded city located in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The area is considered one of the most dangerous areas in the Western Hemisphere. There is little to no police...

Children of the Corn
Most people have heard of Big L , Cam’Ron, and Mase, but not many people have heard the early 90s hip hop group called Children of the Corn. COTC consited of rappers Mase (then known as Murda Mase), Big L, Cam’ron (then known as Killa Cam), McGruff and Bloodshed. The two freestyle tracks on this album aren’t the best quality, but its gritty and in your face. Everything else is...
Slaugterhouse
Dubbed as a “hip hop super group” Slaugterhouse is made up of basically my four favorite rappers putting out music today. Crooked I, Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, and Royce Da 5’9”. Supposedly they’re putting together a full length record in 2010. This mixtape has been in constant rotation the past two weeks. So crucial….

Late Night
Late night snacks are always so crucial. After a burrito for lunch I was craving more mexican food. Late night quesedilla is the only solution. I’d probably prefer to use different cheese, but this is just what was laying around. Sharp cheddar, american cheese, red devil hot sauce. Also another very crucial thing in the kitchen arsenal is the sauce cup taken from a random restaurant. Theyre...
